About

Welcome to Wildly Guided

Hi, I’m Tessa—creator, dreamer, and light worker behind Wildly Guided. I’m so glad you’re here. This space is a passion project—a place where I can be authentically myself and explore the “fringe,” misunderstood, and sometimes socially unacceptable topics that fill me with excitement and joy.

If you’re feeling lost or uncertain right now, just know you’re in the right place. Life doesn’t come with a guidebook, but I believe that by letting go of beliefs that no longer serve us and embracing self-discovery, meditation, and optimism, we can find clarity and purpose. You are here for a reason, friend.

So take a deep breath, relax your stomach, and know that you are free to be yourself here.

A Little About Me

I’ve always felt a deep connection to the spiritual realm. As a child, I would regularly lucid dream, doodle in the windowsill to be closer to the moon, write notes to ancestors and burn them, and performed made up spells. (Yes they always worked. 😉) I have always been able to feel the energy patterns that ripple from the people around me, which I mistook for anxiety for many years.

In my 20s, I numbed my extrasensory abilities with alcohol, until I stopping drinking when I became pregnant with my first child in 2020. Motherhood sparked a spiritual awakening and a profound shift in my life’s purpose. I dove into research on childbirth, non-toxic living, and raising children intentionally—and my path became clear: I wanted to live more naturally, spiritually, and authentically, while creating a life that allowed me to homeschool and guide my children on their unique journeys.

Since then, I’ve focused on creating a life rooted in sustainability, healthy eating practices, spirituality, and intention. From crafting my own DIY products to gardening in an effort to grow enough food for my family, and learning to cook healthy meals, I’m rediscovering what it means to live in harmony with Mother Gaia, also called Earth. Spiritually, I’ve embraced practices like tarot, breath work and meditation practices to deepen my connection with myself and the universe.

I dream of one day living in the middle of the woods, part of a cobhouse community with a like-minded tribe where we can support and uplift each other. Life isn’t always smooth sailing—messiness and unpredictability are part of the journey—but Wildly Guided is my way of sharing what I’ve learned (and what I’m still figuring out). It’s a space to help you navigate your own path and a community where we can grow together.
